: Nursey
Guidelines for Parents :
Vision Statement: To
provide a safe and loving environment
for children to play while their
parents enjoy the church services,
knowing that their babies are in good
hands.
Ages:
0-2
Description:
The nursery is available for children
each and every service. There
are two adult females staffed for
each service. Children can be
dropped off in the nursery as soon as
the volunteers arrive (should be no
later than 5-10 minutes before
service starts). Children can
then play with toys, read books, or
watch Christian-based movies.
Occasionally snacks are given out to
the children during service time to
help keep them content.
Children should be picked up from the
nursery directly after service
ends. If children are uneasy
and crying for their parents for more
than 10 minutes, one of the nursery
workers will come and get the parents
so they can come and console their
child.
Tasks:
Nursery workers are responsible for
keeping the children safe and
entertained while in the
nursery. They will also be able
to change diapers, give bottles,
potty-breaks, and provide snacks,
etc. for the babies in the nursery.
Nursery workers are
expected to work in the nursery only
once per month.Occasionally, some
will be scheduled twice in one month,
but very rarely
